#4143 might even be an export Harley rather than a Rikuo. It looks 1932/33 with the T-manifold and the flat lens headlamp, while the second Rikuo looks to have thje later Y-manifold.Comment

I love this picture of a cigarette smoking dude, abusing his '48 Harley in the snow, or pissed that he has to go to work. It brings my dear friend Marsh Lantz to mind as he only had a Panhead for transportation in the early '50s. He lived in West Virginia and rode his bike in any weather, even when mailmen would call in sick. He was a lineman in WV in the early days of the TVA bringing electricity to remote America.
