Quick post and something far more recent than is usually posted here...
At the Imlay City meet I mentioned to JoJo357 an Easyriders Rodeo held at the Michigan State Fairgrounds. The pics below are from spring of 1991 taken in front of the the Fairgrounds Coliseum. I was one of the approximately 10,000 small donor sponsors of the Easyriders land speed record effort and went to the Fairgrounds to see the streamliner in person. Bottom left pic is my wife with rider and speed record holder Dave Campos, bottom right myself pointing out where my name was located on the liner.

Dave Campos is an old friend. When I was a young guy building strokers he was the one to get S&S stuff from back then (early 70s). He worked as a mechanic for the City of ABQ transit system so I'd go see him in the bus garage. He along with a couple other local guys were very well known drag racers at the time. Here is the liner at an AHRMA event we hosted some years back and I was heavily involved with.
