Photos are of a touring Neracar . The first photo was taken In Versailles Kentucky. The Neracar is parked next to a 1930 American Austin Coupe. Across the street is Young's Hotel and Cafe'. Maybe someone can identify the street. The second photo is is labeled in Front of East Wall of Fort Ancient.
