How to Start a New Tab

If I want to start a new forum on Indian Verticals 1949-1952, how do I do that?
Is that even possible or does the tab have to be initiated by an administrator?

JR yes setting up a sub forum is an admin function. I would suggest that you start a new thread about Indian Verticals 1949-1952 and we can use that as a basis for a new sub forum under Indian. We are going to do a software upgrade on Saturday November 28 so let us get that sorted out then visit starting the new sub forum. Remind me sometime in say the second week of December.
