I would seriously love to see any factory documentation that Surf Green was available in 1944.

            Golly Jorrow,

            Primer's cheap.

            And easy to touch up.

            I want a '44.

I thought '44s were some strange combo of stomach bile, and gray. At least that's the color I last saw on the best '44 in America

Gray is one of the most ambiguous, and subjective colors on the color pallet. I have a 1916 Harley, and Excelsior so I have a deep love of Gray, Robbie.

You guys are into too many shades of gray.

Gray probably matches a lot of guys hair here on these forums.... (me included) At least I'm lucky enough to have hair yet!

I have brow beat my friends to come here and participate on this (our) forum, but I guess everyone is over at the AMCA Facebook page, exchanging brownie recipes.
yeah, that and all the JD people are posting daily++ on jd facebook. i don't get it, it is no more difficult to make a post here and get a response than it is to do the same on facebook. i guess facebook is a bit more instant gratification perhaps. it's entirely likely i may never have finished my 27 without the help of you fine fellows on this forum.
