Hopefully Richard is in constant weekly contact with the LEO in charge of his case. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. If it is known that they were or are involved, constant heat on them may produce enough probable cause for a warrant especially if they are found to be in possesion of any type of stolen property or illegal substance. Sometimes you need to take matters into your own hands and do a little investigating on your own.

The sad thing is that Richard's place is conveniently close to LA Harbor. There was probably a container there waiting for them to go into.

The photo's were the cop's wanted me to git the pictures of the stolen machines in the scum bags house or garage - whatever. Wanted me to introduce an undercover, I was trying - though I did not like the situation, cause they know where I live - in fact they live all around me. But the scum bag got scared or just did not trust me anymore, so he wont talk to me anymore. He has been all but out of sight lately. The cops said they could do nothing without more info, last I talked to em. Their a real bunch of lossers, think their in to drugs and other things. I took Richard to the dude, but he denied everything then, changed his story. Frustrating for sure, I am afraid I would of killed the dum ass and then I would be in prison - the system is screwed up. We should be able to kill em all and feel good about it, but that is not the case today. I hear ya on the gun thing Tim and I am leaning that way. Sure hope Richard gits em back, but I dont have a good feeling about it. Pisses me off too, cause these pricks are still my neighbor's - theres about 5 or 6 of em that hang together all the time. I think most of em dont have any kind of job, real bunch of bums.

Notify the cops about a drug house. If you can say you have seen drugs there they can get a warrant to enter.
