Being as it was in his house I would think it would be covered under his homeowners policy. The homes in Jeff's neighborhood are multi million dollar homes and located in a fire zone. I would guess they would have a lot of insurance on them.Be sure to visit;

I asked my insurance agent about that once. His comment was; a motorcycle shouldn't be in your house. Needless to say, we didn't see eye to eye on the concept of full coverage.Eric Smith

Motor vehicles whether running or not are NOT considered household goods and I am not aware of any company who would cover them in that instance. No matter if in a garage or under your bed!
