Today, I called the toll-free line three times to verify the accuracy of the data currently list on file for me, only to reach someone (3X) who speaks very poor English and who kept reading the script even after I told them I could not understand them. Plus, the telephone link sounded like they were under water and in the Caribbean or the Philippines. I think that "Publishing Concepts" needs to review their telephone data collection.
