A few things to share regarding this event. I'm in the Hill City area and have reserved the Tree House group site at Larssons Crooked Creek Resort (LCCR) for the folks staying at the resort The Tree House site has a two story gazebo with a lower level with a grill, outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The upper level has fire tables with a spiral staircase. I'll be making this site available to all the members staying at LCCR. It is a 2 RV site and I'm looking for another member to share this site (for the cost of a regular site) from 9/7-10. It's a 55' max length back in site with full hookups and 50 amp service. Message me if you're interested.
I'm also involved with the local motorcycle shop and we will be hosting a meet and great at the shop tentatively on Monday afternoon. We'll have picnic fare type food available to the members for a modest price and would like to invite the public to view the bikes. More details to follow on this meet and greet.
For the folks staying in the area beyond the official dates, the Black Hills have a new paved route to explore. In the fall of '25 South Rochford Road paving was completed from Deerfield Lake to the town of Rochford so now there is a paved back route that take riders all the from Hill City up to US 85 between Lead and Cheyenne Crossing on pavement
