Hello Chesapeake AMCA Meet Venders:
This is Mike Love from Chesapeake AMCA Chapter and I want to invite you to register for the 2022 Chesapeake Meet vender spaces. This email has one file attached, a registration form with meet rules. The following bulleted items are provided to help you complete a successful vender space registration.

NOTE: We have a number of venders that don't use email and this makes it a challenge to communicate with them about vender registration news. If you all are aware of members that don't use email please let them know that they can check out the web site for registration information between June 18 and July 18, 2022 to retain their spaces. Thanks.
• Please print the registration form, complete it and mail it with payment (check or money order) with a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to Chesapeake Chapter, AMCA, 1503 Idlewilde Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228.
• In regard to printing out registration forms for the Chesapeake AMCA National Meet we realize this may be an impact and regret this. There may be a number of community alternatives to get a document printed for you. At the end of this email is an Addendum – Some suggestions for how to get an email file printed in your community. We hope this addendum helps offer you some alternatives to getting your registration form printed.
• Early registration for our 2021 venders will remain open until July 18, 2022. But don’t wait.
• Open registration for anyone else wanting to register starts on July 18, 2022 at 5:00pm.
• We offer 2022 Chesapeake Meet Vender Registrants the opportunity to locate their 2021 Vender Spaces for reference when they complete the registration form.
• 2022 Vender space layout and other meet information can be found at https://ccamca.org/national-meet.html
• If you don't see something here or on the website use this email meet.vending@ccamca.org to ask for help or Information.
