ATTENTION CHESAPEAKE MEET VENDERS
There’s New Registration Information for the 2022 National Meet
NOTE: We sent the information below to our 2021 venders to notify them of the new procedure for vender space registration. Regrettably some venders do not have email. We also found a number of venders whose email no longer worked. I am also concerned that some members may not check their email or the email may have gotten routed to their junk files. We traditionally have offered our repeat venders the first opportunity to register for their long term spaces. If you purchased a vending space for the 2021 Chesapeake AMCA National Meet please look for an email from us between June 14 and June 18. You will have 30 days to secure your past vending spots. We will be opening up registration to new venders after July 18, 2022.
Hello Chesapeake 2021 Venders:
This is Mike Love with Chesapeake Chapter AMCA and I help David Panella do the administrative functions related to the Chesapeake AMCA National Meet.
We are touching base to let you know that we will soon start pre-registering venders for the 2022 Chesapeake Meet in Upperco, MD. Here are some things for you to know.
- Beginning this year, we will not use the USPS to mail out notice of registration.
- We will communicate using email or the CCAMCA.ORG website and encourage you to check out your email as soon as possible so you know about our process for pre-registration.
- Chesapeake Chapter has set up email services through our CCAMCA.ORG website to better serve you. One thing we did to increase your confidence in our email communication is to begin using email directly identifiable to CCAMCA. For example, many of the emails you receive will be from meet.vending@ccamca.org Feel free to respond to this email with any questions, comments or concerns.
- But if you ever have any concerns or questions about an email you receive from Chesapeake Chapter, feel free to contact me directly at mikelove44@gmail.com
- You are receiving this based on our records of what we received on your past registration forms and on the AMCA membership rolls. We want to let you know that very soon you will receive an email like this with an attachment of our registration form and our guidelines for venders.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not want to receive emails from Chesapeake Chapter. We have set up an opt out process and you can click this link to discontinue additional email.

- We are shooting for on-or about June 18, 2022 to send you notice of registration for venders that joined us at Upperco for our national meet last year.
- We want to receive your response as soon as possible and will cut off this preferred registration process thirty days after we make notification. We will identify this priority in our notice of registration email.
- The process will be as follow:
- Venders receive notice to register and they print out an attached vender registration form and vender rules.
- Complete the vender registration with your accurate vender info including AMCA national member and your 2021 Vender Spaces. We will honor your spaces from 2021. You will not be able to choose a space of other 2021 venders until it becomes available at open registration if it remains unchosen.
- We will list the 2021 vender spaces for our preferred venders on a non-published web page and provide these by the vender’s AMCA national membership number. (Note: we don’t always document these vender space numbers correctly so check back if you think there is an error.)
- Once you have completed your vender registration form mail it back to us at the address that will be provided on the notice with a self-addressed and postage provided envelop so we can send your vender pass.
