Due to circumstances beyond our control, one of which is the adverse weather recently in Central New York, we have been forced to cancel the Empire Chapter Road Run, scheduled for August 12-15, 2013. Flooding and erosion in the areas of the routes for the Road Run have caused many roads, including some alternate routes to remain closed.
