They are "Little Beauty".. OEM for mid 30's H-D.

Hi Joe, those spotlights appear to be K-S brand sold by Beck Motorcycle Parts and Accessories. Thought they might be Indian since they might have come out of your Dad's stash. Got out all my Indian accessory catalogs and didn't see a match. Also checked in Harley accessory catalogs. Dug out a Beck catalog from 1955 and found a match. They were available with a bulb for $8.25 or with a sealed beam for $8.75. Choice of swivel bracket or rigid bracket.
