Early handlebar clamp

This is a project I just finished for a good friend. He had 4 of the pieces that make up the 5 piece handlebar accessory clamp, but was missing the joining clamp. The only way to do this (and make it look like it belongs with the other 4) is to make a forming die. This is a picture of a genuine clamp assembly.
