This acessory appeared in the H-D 1941 Accessory Catalog only. The caption says that it is "going to be very popular!" Seems it did not catch on as it didn't re-appear in any post-WW2 accessory catalogs. But I like the idea, it is neat and much less intrusive than the "front stand" p/n 3001-36. I would like to buy one but assume that in the end I will mave to make a replica as they seem to be very rare. I would be interested in photos and measurements. Does anybody have any more info on this accessory? Was it a piece of s***? Ad says it "Will last indefintely"
