What does this top triple tree fit?

Bought this thinking it fit WL or Big Twin springer and it does not. Outer holes for fork tubes are 5.25" on center and 45" Harley holes are 5.0" on center. Also center hole is smaller 15/16" in diameter. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like it has been cut down the middle and welded back together and the center hole made smaller for a custom application.

Vintage H-D fork legs are 4-3/4 center to center on all Springer forks for all models. If it isn't that it is for a custom or homemade fork.
