Fork Bushing Fittings

I would like to know if anyone has seen these fork bushing fittings. A friend of mine said they are not original Indian parts for verticals, though will work on them.
These were found in a building with a parts lot that was once an old dealership for Indian motorcycles.
There are also a few other parts I have never seen. If you recognize something, I would appreciate a post for the ID.
