Harley 1947 Choke Set Up On Earlier Bike

Here are the directions to install the 1947 choke on an earlier Knuckle or Flathead. These were included in the kit. I haven't ever seen a cat eye dash with this retro fit. Has anyone out there seen an earlier bike with this installed ?

Yep You have to drill a hole in your dash cover and the dash base.

Do we have any examples of anyone retofitting a 1939-1946 dash with this set up ?
