    That is NOT a H-D rack. In the listing they attribute it to "Nation Built". Don't be fooled by the H-D box. They show the same box in all of their listings.

    I have one that looks like number 2. It has aluminum end pieces and HARLEY-DAVIDSON is stamped on the end pieces. It is some kind of knockoff as H-D never had that Item that I have been able to find.

    Not exactly the same over the years but it carries a 1917 part number. There are lots of variations on construction to fit different style fenders over the years. The one pictured fits the '34 up style wide fenders and is the same for BT and 45 except for lower mounting hardware. It ended with introduction of the big flat rack in '42 although it continued the same part number for either style.
