1937 Chief tanks

I am looking for a set of 1937 Chief tanks that are in good shape, not beat up with no leaks.
If anyone knows how to get in touch with Matt Blake from the Iron horse corral that would be appreciated. I supposably chatted with him on Facebook and he said he would make me a set. That was in March, I only heard back once in April after messaging him. No contact since, so I am believing it wasn't him. Any help would be appreciated!

I have them sealed and I did get ahold of a guy. He is going to make me a set of 37 tanks for me. So my tanks only need to last for a couple of months.
