I have an original Indian Vertical bench seat pan and mounting plate. No other parts. Glad to pass it on to you if it is the same type of bench seat they originally called the traditional chum-me seat.

Well, I suppose I answered my own question after doing a little searching on the internet. The Chum-Me seats made for Chiefs are structurally different than those made for Indian verticals 1949-1952. I have included a few photos here of what I have found.
I guess my bench seat pan can't really help you unless you have a vertical! Sorry.
