WANTED: Original 1948-1953 or 1941-1942 General Electric Sealed Beam Lamp #4030

I need an original sealed beam which was OEM for Indian Chiefs in the ranges above. I have the bezel and shell. Also need the mounting bracket.
Willing to hear offers for pay or parts trade.

I have tried to attach photos of the part as finally purchased several months ago. My insert image feature is not functioning properly. So, while Mike looks into the details and assists with that, I tried the advanced feature in the forum, still a little too much work just to share with others what you find and to get help with parts questions and visual refernces.
I'm sure they will work things out eventually.

Let me know if some of you members interested in vintage lighting can see the images.
