Literature: B Palmer's 45 Book

I'd like to pick up a copy of Mr. Palmer's Military 45 Restoration edition. I was floored when I did some hunting/ shopping for it.
If anyone can point me to a reasonable source, I would be indebted. Shoot me an e-mail.

Thanks for the heads up, motorhead. I tried at Border's.....thru their web pages and made a stop at the local storefront, too, where the volume had been noted as "in stock." Unfortunatley, they informed me they can't get the book, after all. It was worth a look, though, you never know. I am sure that volume is sitting on a shelf , somewhere.
