Do you have a picture of the pump body, Chris? I have a few that probably are not what you're looking for, but a picture might jive with a vision in our parts piles. Hope you find one, Chris.

I found this picture on the web. It is actually a 1939/1940 pump. Mostly identical to the 1936/1937 pump. The obvious difference is the area around the hole for the oil pressure line. The 36/37 is rough cast where the 39/40 has been spot faced to properly seat the sending unit. 12-0477c.jpg

I think I found one, Chris!

My shop monitor died, so I can't do a pic. (Should be a lid somewhere too.)

But I am currently blind in multiple ways. Davenport is real iffy for me, but you can have it if I make it there..

                Uh oh, Chris,...

The good news is I found the lid, but it needs a typical nipple replacement.

The bad news is I found a second body with a couple of gears taped in.

PS: Anybody need sidevalve scavengers or sidevalve early/late feed pumps? Got plenty.

I have both bodies packed for the Meet, Chris,...

But my exotic van stuck its thermostat at the last minute..

My attendance is suddenly in question.
