KR camcover needed

I am in need of a camcover for a 1954 KR that I recently acquired. Or maybe someone can answer this. Can a regular K cover be modified to fit a KR?

I have one that I bought from Leo in New Jersey at Oley years ago. Not sure why I bought it as I am building an XR not a KR ! LOL The cover looks like it might have been NOS before it got the usual 'lightening" treatment. You talking Leo Anthony? That looks like a pretty nice KR piece, I would stick with a 57 R cover rather than modify, good to see the -57R there! Not to hijack this but I'm looking for an OEM tin primary cover for my 60' KR.

Maybe a bit too rough condition for me but appreciate the effort to help me out. Nice KHRTT. My KR is a 60 !
