Turn signal switch

3 position turn signal switch wanted for 57 FL with internal controls. Repop switch too tight. Looked at older posts regarding filing the block etc. but I'm not having much luck. No swap meets in my area, especially with the virus. My dealer had a two position dimmer, in an HD OEM envelope but its made in Taiwan. I notched the contact to make it a 3 position but it's still is not satisfactory. Maybe its my modification skill but is there any chance of getting and old one?

Thank you Omarttenmaker for your offer. I actually recieved a new repop from HD Restorations. It was listed as made in USA. It looked just like the Taiwan unit however it worked pretty well, not excellent but adequate. I had to enlarge the housing mounting holes as they did not quite line up with bars I recieved from Tom Faber. Assembling all the internal controls and electrical wiring was much more fussy and tedious than I imagined. Electrical wire pulling lube on the wires and control cables helped a lot. The handle bar control cable cover from V-Twin had to be trimmed. As I'm stuck home due to the Virus it kept me busy and now I can go on to the next task.
