13 fin Big Flatty cylinder and 1940 flathead parts

Looking to buy 13 fin big flat FRONT cylinder with 39 date code . I will buy a set if need be. I have a nice early 36-37 set to trade or cash. In the plate at base will be two sets of numbers it will look like this xx-9 or x-9. There should be a raised cast letter somewere on base also but sometimes not.
Also any 1940 big flathead sheet metal and front end with brake.Paddy
