Wanted: 1938 UL, EL frame

I'm wanting to purchase a 38 UL or EL frame. Must be original and unmolested. I can purchase outright or I have a 41 and later brazed frame in the same condition for trade. I was looking for one earlier this year but had to go to work out of town until a couple of weeks ago. Want one fairly close to home to avoid shipping costs and hassles.
