    Just my opinion, but they strike me as an automotive part. Possibly an accessory step to an early touring car.

      They are smaller than a driver foot board, so I was thinking possibly an early tandem seat. They measure 3 1/4" at the widest part and 7 1/2" long. Thanks Gary

            They look like the foot board to an old barbers chair my uncle had , . Are they mirror image ie left and right ,or are they exactly alike.
