I have what I think is a 52 or a 53 frame for sale. It came from an estate so I'm not to sure of it's history. I'm guessing the year based on readings from Bruce Palmer's book.
It is in good shape for the most part, having survived the chopper era with some slight alterations. It still has the side car loops but the tank/dash/seat mounts were cut off and then welded back on. Not a nice repair job so they would have to be redone. The axle castings are still intact, the tool box mount is missing, and there is no mounting blocks for a horn (could be a 53 or they could have been removed) and for some reason the crossover shaft for the rear brake was partly burned off. There is a piece of stock welded on for a fork stop, and there are some pieces welded on for a seat and a hole drilled and tapped for a Sportster tank perhaps.
I would like $1500 for it and if you're interested PM me your e-mail address and I will send some pics.
