Can you tell me more about the --"Super rare clip on footboard and control kit". Just curious.

I suppose this means they had some sort of quick release feature, so that one could detach for instant racer. Please elaborate. I'm pretty dumb.

Footboard and band brake attachment

The 1918-1919 catalog offered this kit for owners of 1912 and 1913 twins. Part number CK 600 for twins and CK 602 for singles.
Hope you can make out the photo. I should have said "bolt on " rather than "clip on" as it creates the wrong impression! I have changed my mind and for 100.000 more I'll throw in the license plate. Cheers, Barry in the barn feeding the bikes
