There are no repro VL frames so they are all OEM. Remember the VL forks are 1 1/8" stem so later forks will need modifying to fit a VL frame. The VL frame needs serious alteration to fit a OHV motor, so consider a later repro frame with the look-alike VL style forks with a 1" stem. -
A little rough & pricey Darryl. Probably find one at 2022 Davenport.

That looks like a 31-33 frame since it has a control coil bracket (not in 30) but no toolbox mount (came on 35,36) or (that I can see) the flattened areas for rear fender clearance that started with the 34 models (used larger fenders).
