Bullneck frame, offset springer, cylinders and heads are 1946, rocker boxes are 1939, cases are 1940 with matching belly numbers and good vin numbers. Primary inner and outer covers are repop, as is the taillight and exhaust. Fenders, tanks, headlight, dash, tank badges, front fender light and everything else is all Harley. Speedometer is original 1947 in good working order. Basically it's a late 46 chassis with 1940 cases as titled. Phil 216-312-4098
