J/JD cylinders change in some way almost every single year.
Are your cases 61" or 74"?
    Big base or small base?
    If it's a 74", what style? Is it early? (1921-mid1922) mid? (mid1922-1924) later/DCA/DCB? (1923-1929)
All of these things matter simply for it to fit your cases and also so the height is correct so that the manifold will attach.
I have a number of scrap cylinders and may be able to help but you probably want to be able to actually use it.
Post a few pics of the rear that you have and I can see if I have a mate to it.
