    Big Twin Rigid frame crashbars

Here's a set of chrome police-style crashbars for Panhead and other rigid frame bikes. Haven't seen these around. $225 plus shipping. IMG_2786.jpgIMG_2785.jpg

The chrome ones are not police but are factory accessory bars for use with the Big Bertha Bags introduced in '57. Same profile as the police bar but a different part number.

It was just a description. Police style.

I couldn't really think of a better description. Maybe just put "large-bag crashbars".

Use "Big Bertha" as H-D did. There isn't anything wrong with your description, jut trying to give you a little background. I won't bother in the future since it appears to offend you...

Didn't not offend me one bit. Sorry if it came off that way. Your input has helped me before and I appreciate the help. Its always good to keep learning in the hobby. Much appreciated.

Big Bertha Engine Guards. H-D doesn't want people to think their bike would crash. :-)

Engine guard...Same name logic we use in the training program I teach at, we also avoid killswitch and petcock.
