    For Sale: Trike project
    Rare 1955 "G" 45 ci Flat motor with title (18th motor off the line that year)
    3-speed w/reverse transmission
    Brake set up rear end
    Three-wheel 45 frame
    Solo 45 frame
    Box and fenders with original wood floor

    The motor, transmission, and solo frame have been in my possession since 1979 in a controlled environment.

    I've had the box, rear end, and frame since 2000.

    If sold individually valued around $8750.00

    Purchaser arranges for pickup

    If that engine is stamped WG you have a problem....

        So why are you referring to it as a WG? Just curious as that designation has never existed...

          I guess because that's what everyone around me has always referred it as.... I need to figure out how to change the title of the ad I guess.

            I'm nearly blind but is it a 2 bolt frame[3rd hole welded on] & rear end with a 3 bolt trans?

              That's what it looks to me - I have a 3 bolt tranny.....tab looks to be added

                1955 had a hydraulic brake rear end, not mechanical/

                  The rear chain won't line up if it is an early frame & rear end and later 3 bolt trans.

                      I know the local antique museum guy was supposed to set me up with hydraulic brakes instead of mechanical brakes before we had a falling out between us in 2000
