Harley 1912 1913 1914 Front Fender

I have this front fender that I believe is correct for 1912, 1913 and maybe 1914 that I would like to trade for a 1915 front fender in the same or better condition.

I suspect that the hole on the brace bracket was larger for 1914, but what else makes it 13 only and not a 12?

No cut outs in the sides for the forks, I think 13 had a wider fork but still had the narrow fenders, so there is no cut outs.
