  • Trade 49 Rear Fender

I have a rigid rear fender that is correct for a 1949 through 1951. It is of one-piece construction and has the three stamped-in vertical stiffener lines on the lower left side chain guard recess area and has the hole pattern for the tombstone tail light. This is a used fender and while not factory-perfect, I would rate it as in 'extremely good' condition. I would like to trade it for a rear fender in equal condition for my 1947 FL. Please send a private message on this forum or email me directly at WMP@soundindustries.us

    Thanks,

I think there are two types of fenders in that time frame, 49 & 50, and early 51 with the single trim piece on each side of the tail lamp.

I'm not certain, believe this is the Sargent stripe type thus making it a 1949 or 1950, but I have to get to my storage unit next weekend to check and take some photos.
