1940 "factory bent" knucklehead frame (need 1938)

I'd like to trade my 1940 "factory bent" knucklehead frame for a 1938 frame.
    It's in very good condition.
    Thanks, Anthony

I'm in the process of buying a 1940 Knuck I could use the frame you describe. The bike currently has a 37 I believe. Let's talk if your interested in selling. 38 had round tool box mounts ?? This one has square so I'm thinking it's 37.??
