Don't know if this is a good deal or not for $2500, but it looks like like a nice, unmolested 1971 Triumph:

Just at a glance I can see missing parts. No side cover, no battery . I sure this bike is NOT running. Looks like a problem with the clutch lever . $2,500 would be top dollar for what I would consider a "parts" bike. IMHO
