Hi, I have a very good rolling basket case and bunches of loose K0 parts both used and NOS. I also have D kit parts and some police parts for the K0. All of this is located in Los Angeles. No title on the basket, but the CA paper trail has been started and can be finished to include the original black plate if it stays in CA. I do not know that it matters if it leaves the state.
