I recently acquired this engine in a parts pile, it is obviously a Thor / Aurora built single similar to the 01-07 Indian single but I am no expert on the matter. Althonthe main bearing is gone it does turn over. I have been told it may have been used as a Rail Velocipede by the Buda company although I cannot confirm. If any collectors are interested I would entertain offers or trades (my interests lie in 36-58 Harley Davidson big twins) always looking for knucklehead or panhead parts.
