I am pleased to announce that my work "American National Motorcycle Racing, 1940-53" is now for sale. The work is both a history and a research tool for those trying to find out more about a relative or just any racers racing history. Each year is a listing of AMA Club sponsored racemeets from Jan. to Dec. The name of the AMA club hosting the event, the track and the final winners in each class are cited. This information was culled from newspapers, magazine, photos, etc. At the end of each chapter is a listing of riders active in the year cited. Just to be clear, this work if for Dirt Track and TT racing.
I have put the book on disc in Microsoft Word (V. 10.3) and a .PDF version. In addition I have included a folder with the race by race history of those riders who won the National Number 1 plate at Springfield, IL.
If you wish a copy, the price is $ 39.95 + $ 4.50 S/H.($44.45) Payment may be made by either Check or money order.
