It is with great saddness that we must list the passing of our good friend Harold Steele.
Harold was the youngest son of the great Indian Factory Hillclimber Orie Steele, five-time national hillclimb champion in the 1920s, at the height of hillclimb's popularity.
Recently, Harold had the chance to attend the AMA induction of his father into the AMA Hall of Fame. Shortly thereafter, we lost Harold the day before Thanksgiving.
He was a good friend and a great help in all things Sportster and K related. Harold, was a drag racer in his youth and his passion for old Harley Sportsters was unsurpassed.
We will miss him greatly!
