In some cases we find out through this forum or chapter newsletters but we felt it would be best to build a list for each year. At the very minimum to list those members we have lost. This is by no means a complete list, only those we have been notified of. Henry "Buddy" Crisler Muirhead, Jr.
of Searcy, AR
July 20, 1928 - April 14, 2022

Henry Crisler (Buddy) Muirhead, Jr (age 93) passed away peacefully at home in Searcy, Arkansas on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Buddy was born July 20, 1928 in Greenville, Mississippi to Henry Crisler Muirhead, Sr, and Lillian Davis Muirhead.

He married the love of his life, Alice Cothran Muirhead in 1956 and they had 3 children. He lived in Vicksburg, Mississippi with his wife and children for many years before moving to Searcy.

Buddy served in the Navy from 1946 1948 and the Air Force from 1950 1954. After he married Alice, he worked as a towboat and steamboat captain. He will be remembered as a loving christian husband, father, grandfather and friend. Buddy loved the river, antique motorcycles and traveling. He was known among his loved ones for his storytelling, ability to fix anything and his generosity.

Buddy is survived by his children: Denise Muirhead Jackson (Craig) of Wesson, MS, Lisa Muirhead Valentine (Stan) of Searcy, AR, and Henry Crisler (Cris) Muirhead, III (Crystal) of Searcy, AR and his grandchildren: Clayton Jackson, Nathan Jackson and Brady Jackson of Wesson, MS, Megan Valentine of Rogers, AR, and Mandy Valentine of Nashville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Alice Cothran Muirhead, a son, William Michael Muirhead, a grandson, Wesley Craig Jackson, his brother, Gerald Muiorhead and his sister, Rose Muirhead Evans.

LARRY REZIN OBITUARY
Founding member of the Driftless Chapter

On August 17, 2022, Larry s 5+ year struggle with cancer ended. He often said how the disease was perhaps one of the most important events in his life. It heightened and intensified his faith in God and his love and appreciation for family and friends.
Larry David Rezin was born in Tomah on January 24, 1955, and spent 7 years as a youngster with his parents, David and Doris Rezin and sister Julie on their cranberry marsh in Hayward. After high school graduation in 1973, he became involved on the cranberry marsh in Warrens as a 5th generation grower. It became more than a way of making a living but rather a way of life. Marrying Sue Linehan, daughter of Mike and Helen Linehan, on November 13, 1976, and raising their two children, Matt and Amy, were what he deemed his greatest joys. Five wonderful grandchildren were his pride, joy, and gifts from God. He found peace, joy, and excitement in the knowledge of an eternal life.
He leaves behind his wife Sue, son, Matt (Jessi) Rezin, daughter Amy (Justin) King, grandchildren, Grace, Aubrey, Bruce, Shelby, and Lawson, his father, David, sister, Julie (Dan) Draeger, and many relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Doris, a nephew Jeremiah, grandparents Dan and Beulah Rezin and Vic and Cora Bloyer.
There will be a private family service. Larry asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to Hospice Touch and to simply take a moment for prayer and to praise God.

JOHN GRIESBACH OBITUARY


John Richard Griesbach, 65, of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County in Two Rivers.
He was born on October 1, 1957 in Manitowoc to the late John and Betty (Neuser) Griesbach. John grew up in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1977. He enjoyed playing baseball, softball, racing dirt bikes, and hunting. He loved being outside riding his motorcycle or restoring one of the many Camaros that he worked on over the years. John was a member of the Badger Heritage Club and the Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA). As an animal lover, John raised cattle, pigs, and chickens on his hobby farm, in addition to enjoying the companionship of his dog. John was employed for many years as a machinist at Parker-Hannifin.
Survivors include his sons, Thomas Griesbach and Matthew Griesbach; siblings, Steven (Bonnie) Griesbach, Michael (Jeannene) Griesbach, Mark Griesbach, Kristine (Michael) Appel, Luke (Megumi) Griesbach, and Paul Griesbach; granddaughter and goddaughter, Mya Griesbach; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Betty Griesbach; twin-sister, Terri Towell; brother, Dave Griesbach; and loving dog, Shadow.
A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Deacon Steve Zimmer officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. Arvil Leonard (Uncle Lenny) Miller Obituary

Keith, Long time AMCA member and Fort Sutter Chapter member "Uncle Lenny" Miller left the building this morning and will not return. He was my very good friend for some forty years and we turned many a wheel together. He leaves his wife Marna Miller and brother Jim Miller behind. He was a sprint car and speedway bike racer, bouncer, a farm produce trucker, and retired as a cracker plant operator for Chevron. He was the toughest man I ever met. He fought his illness and it's "cure's" side effects for sixteen years. He was in his 70th year. Every one who rode on National road runs from the west coast to the east coast knew Lenny and his bone original 1926 JD with the "leg" affixed to the rear rack. It hangs in my shop now. He will be missed greatly and long remembered. he suffers no longer and has laid his burden down. God's speed Lenny, Rich (Rich Ostrander, Fort Sutter Chapter)
