With deep personal regret,
I must announce the passing of my good friend and neighbor Richard Kingsley, an AMCA member since 1989, and well known as a Deputy Judge at the Davenport Meet for many, many years.
A factory-certified BSA tech, he campaigned his marque through enduros in the '50's, and directed his son Ronnie's racing afterward.
He is survived by his wife Marian, and at least three children that I am aware of...
Rest in peace, Dick.
