Long time Fort Sutter member passed over a week ago just about a week after his wife Ed was a machinist and great bike and hot rod builder. he invented a novel 4 speed trans electric starter and the parts that make D-16 s park plugs look like the HD air cooled units. He made our chapter a far better workng unit. he will be missed, his son jim and daughjter in law Karie still serve us well too. he finally reached the end of his shift and his last revision. In the early 50's ed ruled the local drag strip with his dual carbed knucklehead. Resin peace old, friend.

Sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I enjoyed his banter at the chapter meetings, often good for a laugh. He did some cool stuff in his time. Glad Jim is carrying on the legacy. Rest in peace Ed and Kay.

God Speed. Although i did not meet Mr. Schenken, i can just imagine after being with his wife for that many years, it must have been extremely difficult for him after her passing. *R.i.P.
*P.s Those were some really nice looking Knuckleheads. I hope no one objects to me posting those excellent pictures on the old pictures page.
