Dear AMCA Chapter Officers,

The attached Press Release will be posted on our website later today and emailed to all AMCA members this evening.

We are already getting emails and calls for not only National Meets but also chapter events. We would ask, if the time comes that any chapter postpones or cancels an event, to please let us know so we can post the changes to our newsfeed.

I have been in communication with ClubExpress, our Board and magazine staff. The AMCA will be fully operational even if each State's Governors place everyone under quarantine. We can all work from home and keep business as usual with the exception of delay of printing and mailing membership cards.

Please watch our website for needed updates. If you have any suggestions or comments on the attached, please let me know at once.

AMCA Events Affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Each year the Antique Motorcycle Club of America host 13-National Meets, 5-National Road Runs and hundreds of local events through our 82 Chapters, locally and abroad. Because our events are spread so far and wide, any decisions regarding continuing, postponing or cancelling any event will be the responsibility of our hosting Chapters and their State and local officials.

We will closely monitor our National Meets and Road Runs and post event updates/changes on the AMCA home page under the Club News section.

The actions of each State and municipality are updated frequently. We are advising our Chapters to follow the instructions of their State and local officials.
