Lookig for New pistons for a 101 scout

I am looking for new pistons for a 101 Scout 45 cu. Does any one know of some one who is making new pistons for a 101 scout ? Will need STD size as I am going to sleeve the cylinders back to STD bore in my shop. They are 060 over now and scored up pretty bad. Wondering if sport scout pistons will work ? I can get them from Eastern M/C parts.
