I just noticed that in the website version of "Secrets of the Sportster" Parts 1 & 2, some extra photos we had (esp. in Part 2) are displayed that didn't make it into the magazine print version, including some pretty nice ones.
That early Sportster XL and the XLCH are still handsome bikes and was quite the machine in their day, even if they were an accident. (Oops!) While the Model K flathead is just plain crazy Kool and no mistake.
